I like Minnesota to cover the spread against Iowa in this game on Saturday. Minnesota was looking really good in their games before losing last week. They had won 4 games in a row, all by 7+ points, right before that loss to Illinois. I think that they may have been looking ahead to this game last week and I expect them to be embarrassed after that loss. I like them to come out and play hard in this game to make up for the way they played last week. Ever since Iowa pulled off that win over Penn State they haven't looked the same since. They only put up 23 points in that game but then put up just 7 points in 2 games in a row after that. They ended the drought with a win last week but they could only muster up a 5 point win over Northwestern who has not looked good this year, and they only put up 17 points to win that game. I think this offense has some major problems at the moment and they are going to be getting a Minnesota team that is very upset after a bad loss to Illinois last week. I think Minnesota even has a chance for the upset here but I like them to cover the spread in this game.
