T.M. Selection: Toronto Blue Jays.

I like the Toronto Blue Jays to win this game against the Philadelphia Phillies on Wednesday. Ross Stripling (4-3, 3.34 ERA) is up for the Blue Jays here and he has had a really good year so far. He has looked a bit shaky in his 3 most recent starts but he hasn't even been that bad, not giving up more than 3 earned runs in any of those, and I think he will bounce back with a better performance here. Zack Wheeler (8-4, 2.46 ERA) is up for the Phillies here and he has been great lately, posting 2 shutout performances in his 2 most recent starts. I think he is due for a let down here though, a majority of his worst starts this year have been in road games and the Blue Jays offense is starting to get hot again being back in their own ballpark. I think the Blue Jays will put up runs on him here and I don't expect a ton of run support from the Phillies either since they have had to leave some of their key hitters and position players behind for this trip. I like the Blue Jays to break out of their funk and win another game here.
