Between two evenly matched teams, and two evenly matched starting pitchers, the strategy here is to go contrarian. I definitely think Cease and the White Sox offer tremendous value on the road here in the finale of this four-game series. Detroit is so far leading 2-1 after yesterday's 7-3 victory. Note that Chicago is 4-1 in its last five in trying to avenge a road loss as a favorite vs. an opponent. Cease is 3-3 with a 4.60 ERA and after a slow start has a looked a lot better. Eduardo Rodriguez has been a consistent bright spot for the Tigers as well, going 4-4 with a 2.19 ERA. I think they're a wash though as I mentioned above. Regardless, the value swings to Chicago.
