T.M. Selection: Guardians/Diamondbacks UNDER.

1) Cleveland's Logan Allen is much better than his ERA shows on the season. Allen has had his overall statistics impacted by a few bad starts this season. Many times he is tough to hit and the Diamondbacks lineup has hardly anyone with experience against him.

2) Arizona's Zac Gallen is rounding back into form and, when he is on, he is fully capable of shutting down a team that does not have much experience against. The Guardians have only a couple hitters with experience against him.

3) This total has gone up to an 8.5 in the markets and I am going to fade the move here as these pitchers are being mis-read by the markets. Both teams are coming off high-scoring recent results but I know the total on this was originally set low for a reason. I am confident in the old adage that is at play here ... good pitching can shut down good hitting!
