Two bullpens I am not impressed by and the ERA numbers substantiate that. The starting pitchers might be Canning and Burr but there is some uncertainty. My key reason for liking the over here is the way the teams are trending with run-scoring plus the Jays bullpen is bad and the Angels bullpen is only mediocre at best. The Blue Jays scored 19 runs in a recent 3-game sweep of the Angels at LA. Toronto is off a high-scoring series with Reds - all 3 games attained 9 runs plus. The average runs in those games was 13. Angels off a shutout road loss but 5 of 7 before that were at 9 runs plus. I like this one to do the same.
