T.M. Selection: Kent State - ATS

1) I like the Golden Flashes to stay within a 5 to 6 TD margin in this game against Penn State on Saturday, September 21st. This is a perfect setup based on recent results leading to VALUE!

2) Penn State is off a bye week and they have their Big Ten opener versus Illinois on deck. This is the type of set up that could lead to the Nittany Lions being a bit complacent early in this game plus also starting to look ahead to the Illini late in this game! The 49 point pricing is just too much.

3) Kent State is off to a rough start this season, to put it mildly, and I expect a big response after a rock bottom moment last week. The Golden Flashes just lost 71 to 0 last week. That is the type of defeat that will get the attention of any team no matter how outclassed they are. They will do everything they can to at least lose with pride this week after the disgusting loss to Tennessee last week. I also expect Penn State to show some mercy here and go with plenty of backups here as the game goes on. Simply put, it is just far too many points especially given the situation.
