As note that Nashville has seen the total go OVER the number in five of seven this year when playing with three or more days rest, while Anaheim has seen the total go OVER the number in 15 of its last 25 home games when the total in the contest is set at five or less.
The bottom line: Nashville has been downright dominant in the playoffs, especially on the defensive end (ranked No. 1, allowing 1.64 GPG in the postseason). The Ducks have allowed 3 GPG, but they've also averaged 3.3 GPG. Nashville is going to have some opportunities today and the home side will be forced to match pace. All signs point to a higher-scoring OVER in Game 1.
