AAA's VERY EARLY TOTAL "ART OF THE GAME!"
(NCAAF) Central Florida vs. Missouri, 09/13/2014 8:00 AM, Score: 10 - 38
Total: 54.50 | -103.00 Over
Result: Win
This is an 8* TOTAL ART OF THE GAME on the UNDER between Central Florida and Missouri.

UCF lost 26-24 to Penn State in Ireland to open the season and travels to Missouri to take on a Tigers team which blew out Toledo 49-24 last weekend and which is looking to start 3-0 for the seventh time in nine seasons. UCF will have a new man under center today, as Justin Holman would relieve freshman Pete DiNovo in the opener, he'd finish with one TD and run for two more. Holman though will have to keep his eyes open for Shane Ray and Markus Golden, who have combined for 8.5 tackles for a loss and 5.5 sacks through two games for Missouri. It wasn't all doom and gloom for UCF though in its opening loss, one bright spot was the play of CB Jacoby Glenn, who would break up two passes and intercept another, while also contributing with 11 tackles. Missouri QB Maty Mauk looked great against the suspect Rockets secondary, but this will definitely be a big step up in competition; note that Mauk has only six career starts and would also throw two INT's last week. UCF has to be feeling fairly confident, it's won two consecutive games vs. ranked opponents and is 4-2 in its last six matchups with teams currently in the Big 12, ACC, SEC or Big Ten. Note that UCF has seen the total go UNDER the number in four of its last five when playing with two weeks or more of rest and in both of its games vs. SEC opponents over the last two season's. And note that Missouri has seen the total dip below the posted number in eight of its last 14 in front of the home town crowd. The last time these team's played against each other, Missouri would hold on for a 21-16 win in Orlando in 2012, I think the situation, the numbers and the trends all point to a similar final combined score here as well; play on the UNDER.
