I think the home side is worth the price of admission in this spot. Miami won Game 1 of this three game set 10-9 in extra innings on Friday, before the Rays then pulled off the 2-0 victory in Game 2 yesterday. The Fish will look to take advantage of this match-up and get untracked at the plate, Nathan Karns (0-1, 9.53 ERA) gave up six runs off five hits with four walks over 5 2/3's innings in his season debut 6-5 loss to Baltimore last Tuesday. For the most part Karns has been an absolute gas can as a starter in the majors, he's yielded 22 earned runs over 22 2/3's innings of work. The home side turns to Henderson Alvarez (0-1, 2.57 ERA) who suffered a setback in his debut as well, going seven strong innings; Alvarez of course had a break out season in 2014, posting a 2.65 ERA in 30 starts, which included a complete game shutout against the Rays. Honestly, I can't believe I got this game at -158, this is as big a pitching mismatch that I've seen so far this season, great line value in my opinion, play on the MARLINS.
