This is a 10* TOTAL BEST IN SHOW on the UNDER between the Boston Red Sox and the Toronto Blue Jays.

The Jays hammered the Red Sox 11-2 yesterday but for a number of different reasons I expect today's contest to slip below the posted number. Boston hands the ball to Wade Miley (7-7, 4.38 ERA) who would strike out eight in a loss to the Rays on Saturday. The setback snapped a two-game win streak, but it was another step in the right direction, Miley gave up two runs off five hits over 6 1/3's innings. The home side counters with rookie Matt Boyd (0-1, 5.40 ERA) who will make his second start of his career after allowing four runs in a loss to the Rangers on Saturday; Boyd looked pretty good overall though, but ran into a red hot Rangers lineup, his command was crisp as he'd go on to strike out seven batters. These are two big horses and I believe they'll battle deep into the finale of this series and as such, all signs do indeed point to the UNDER as the savvy move in this contest.
