This is a 10* SLUG-FEST on the OVER between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Atlanta Braves.
I expect these volatile starters to get chased early and look for this total to eclipse the posted number as the game comes down the stretch. Adam Morgan (1-0, 1.59 ERA) will get the start for the visitors, he'd win his first MLB outing on Sunday over the Cardinals, going 5 2/3's innings, giving up one run off six hits. It was a satisfying first effort, but I think he'll have his hands full today on the road in this hostile environment. The Braves will look to take advantage and hand the ball to the suddenly inconsistent Julio Teheran (5-4, 4.94 ERA) who was shelled for six runs off nine hits over six frames in a setback to the Pirates on Saturday. I have no confidence in either of these guys, in my professional opinion this number is indeed just a little low, play on the OVER.
