Bumgarner hasn't given up more than two runs in each of his last four starts and has to be feeling pretty confident here as he's 5-2 with a 3.64 ERA on the road. The home side counters with Stephen Strasburg (5-5, 5.49 ERA) who is coming off his second straight solid outing after returning from the DL, giving up one run off four scattered hits over seven frames of work over the Phillies on Sunday; note that he also struck out a season-high nine batters. With each starter looking to close the first half on a high note, I definitely think that the UNDER is worthy of a second look in this one.
