AAA's 10* NON-CONF TOTAL OF THE MONTH (18-8, +$7,900 NBA IN MARCH!)
(NBA) Miami vs. New Orleans, 03/22/2016 4:00 PM, Score: 113 - 99
Total: 210.50 | -110.00 Over
Result: Loss
This is a 10* NON-CONFERENCE TOTAL OF THE MONTH on the UNDER between the Miami Heat and the New Orleans Pelicans.

New Orleans is all but eliminated from playoff contention, while the Heat are in a battle for top spot in their division. When these team's got together on Christmas Day, Chris Bosh and Anthony Davis had big games and Miami would manage to pull away in overtime for the victory. Neither of those players will be suiting up today though and suffice it to say, when the smoke clears at the end of this one, we're expecting this total to fall below the posted number. Bosh of course has been out for a while because of the blood clot issue, while Davis has been shut down for the season as the team has dropped out of contention. There's no need for the Pelicans' to risk the big man's career over this meaningless stretch and it's time to start planning for next season. Davis isn't the only one who has missed time this year for New Orleans though, as Eric Gordon, Tyreke Evens, Omar Asik, Norris Cole and Quincy Pondexter have all been absent at times. Miami continues to get the job done without Bosh in the lineup, it comes to New Orleans off a successful 2-1 homestand, but is it set up for a letdown here after beating Eastern Conference-leading Cleveland 122-101 on Saturday. Note that Miami has seen the total go UNDER the number in seven of ten this year after playing three consecutive home games, while New Orleans has seen the total dip below the posted number in 20 of 36 in trying to revenge a loss vs. an opponent. A great situational play, all signs do indeed point to the UNDER as the savvy move in this contest.
