The Rockets are coming off an 89-87 setback to Utah on Wednesday and are in a fight for the West's final two playoff spots with the Jazz and the Mavericks: "The season's not over," coach J.B. Bickerstaff confirmed. "We're in a position where, we take care of business we can still get into the playoffs. But we've got to take care of business. There's no more excuses." Houston has uncharacteristically averaged just 97.0 points and shot 42.4 percent during its recent slide but a date vs. the Raptors could be what the doctor ordered to get untracked, as James Harden would score 26 points, dish out ten assists, have eight steals and grab eight boards in the loss to the Jazz and would score 40 points with 14 assists in a 113-107 win in Toronto on March 6th. The Raptors though could clearly care less about Houston's issues, they've been in a bit of a slump of their own, most recently coming off a 91-79 setback in Boston on Wednesday (note that it was the first time in 13 games that the Raptors had been held to under 100 points). Both teams have plenty to play for here and we think this sense of immense competition will translate into production on the court (and note, if history is any precedence then we can absolutely expect a high-scoring game today as 12 of these team's last 18 in the series played in Houston have indeed flown above the posted number).
