Note that Rutgers has seen the total go UNDER the number in ten of its last 17 after playing a conference opponent and in 11 of its last 20 when playing the role of underdog, while Ohio State has seen the total dip below the posted number in four of its last six as a favorite of 31 points or more and in 12 of its last 22 after two or more consecutive SU wins.
We think a somewhat complacent home side lays the hammer down defensively and this one does indeed sneak UNDER the number once the final whistle sounds.
