Their chances of making the playoffs have been greatly reduced, and playing in Edmonton tonight in their second game of a back to back could be the final nail in the coffin. This looks like a let down spot for the visitors, while the Oilers have outscored opponents 16-5 during a three game winning streak. Both of the Kings goalies saw action last night, but neither performed well. Jonathan Quick was pulled after surrendering two goals on seven shots, while Ben Bishop gave up a pair of goals on 16 shots. Cam Talbot is coming off a 23 shot shutout win over the Canucks in his last start. The Kings have lost four straight when playing on back to back nights.
