A few weeks ago, the Wild were competing for the league's best record. Now they come into tonight's home game versus Vancouver as winners of just three of 12 in the month of March. The Canucks haven't been been any better, they've lost seven of their last eight. Vancouver's last five losses came in games decided by more than one goal. Now that Vancouver is officially eliminated from the post-season, there's really no reason to panic. That's not the case for the Wild, as they really need to turn things around in time for the playoffs. I expect to see Minnesota come on like gangbusters, and the Canucks shouldn't come even close to matching that intensity. The home team has won 21 of the last 31 meetings in this series, and Vancouver has lost nine of the last 13. The Canucks are just 19-39 in their last 58 when playing on one day of rest.
