Schule's 10* NBA "BEAST of the EAST"
(NBA) Toronto vs. Orlando, 11/01/2014 3:00 PM, Score: 108 - 95
Point Spread: -6.50 | -105.00 Toronto (Away)
Result: Win
This is a 10* play on the Toronto Raptors.

The Raptors opened the season at home with a win over a much improved Atlanta Hawks teams. The final score of 109-102 is a little misleading, as the Hawks closed the gap a little in garbage time. Toronto was in control of that game from the outset, leading by eight points at the half, and extending that lead to 15 points heading into the final period.

Orlando on the other hand lost it's home opener by a score of 105-98 to the Washington Wizards, who are a little banged up without Bradley Beal. The Magic were one of the weakest teams in the league last year, and the most notable difference from the squad that won just 23-of-82 games a year ago is that they lost their leading scorer to the Denver Nuggets.

With Afflalo now in Denver, Tobias Harris has emerged as the leading scorer through the first two games, averaging 19.5 points. The Magic have dropped seven straight against the Raptors, and they only covered the spread in one of those seven games. These are two teams heading in very different directions, and I expect the visitors to take this game by a convincing margin.

Take TOR.
