The Caps have lost four of their last five overall, and three of those losses have come on the road. They are at home tonight, hosting a Coyotes team that really struggles outside of Phoenix. The Yotes were shutout in Carolina last night, putting them at 0-5 on the road for the season. This is nothing new for the Desert Dogs, who won just 15-of-41 on the road last year.

The Caps have won all three of their home games versus the Coyotes since 2010, and I expect that trend to continue as they should be particularly hungry to snap a three game losing skid.

Washington's power-play is the league's third best, with the Caps clicking at a rate of better than 25%. Arizona ranks 30th in the NHL allowing an average of 3.6 goals per game, and their penalty killing is well below average. This should prove to be a one-sided affair, with the home team winning easily.
