The Nuggets play their second game in as many nights at home after defeating the Clippers at the Pepsi Center last night. This shouldn't be much of a concern as they didn't need to travel anywhere, and they are far better adjusted to the high altitude of Denver than the visiting Pacers will be.

Indiana comes in with just a 3-10 road record, and this figures to be another tough spot playing their first game of a back to back before closing out this Western Conference swing in Minnesota tomorrow night. The Pacers have lost nine of their last 10 overall, with their only win during that span coming at home against the Lakers.

Nate Robinson scored 20 points off the bench last night, and Denver had seven players score in double figures. That kind of depth is going to be difficult to deal with for a Pacers team that is decimates by injuries. The Nuggets have won eight of the last 10 meetings straight up, and they have covered the spread in five of the last seven in Denver.
