Carlos Martinez will toe the slab for St. Louis, and he's been great on the road. Martinez (13-7, 3.12 ERA) allowed three runs on 10 hits over five innings in a 4-3 home win over the Cubs his last time out. He's 7-3 with a 2.68 ERA in 13 starts on the road. He pitched seven scoreless innings in a shutout win over the Brewers in Milwaukee earlier this season.
The Brewers hand the ball to Ariel Pena, who allowed a pair of runs on three hits and four walks in five innings in his last start. This is just his third start in the major leagues, and his first at Miller Park.
