This is a 10* play on the New York Mets.
The Chicago Cubs have their backs against the wall here in Game 3 at Wrigley, and it's not going to be easy with Jacob deGrom on the hill for the Mets.
deGrom has already out-pitched Zack Greinke in Game 5 of the NLDS, and Clayton Kershaw in Game 1 against the Dodgers. Both of those games were on the road at LA, and the Mets have now won nine of his last 10 starts away from Citi Field.
The Cubs will hand the ball to Kyle Hendricks, who was roughed up in a no decision at St. Louis in the Division Series. He gave up three solo home runs in just 4 2/3 innings, not factoring in the decision in a game that the Cubs went on to win by a score of 6-3. He won't likely get away with making so many mistakes here in this "must win" Game 3.
I think the price on the Mets should be much higher, but the public seems to be backing the Cubs. While it would make for a better story if Chicago could get back into this series, the Mets are in a better spot to win this game with a superior pitcher on the mound.
