The Pens actually out-shot the Caps 45-34 though, and they've now won the shots in three straight contests. They're likely to be even better tonight in their second game under the new head coach. No one can deny the fact that Pittsburgh has some amazing offensive talent at its disposal, and a new voice on the bench could be all the players need to start performing up to par again. Evgeni Malkin has recorded 30 points in 26 career meetings with the Bruins and has scored in each of his last two games.The Bruins have been far from stellar this month with only three wins in seven games and a 1-1-1 record at home. They've struggled to cover the puckline home at TD Garden all season long, going 5-10 against the PL over 15 games in front of the home-town crowd.
