The Coach's MLB SURE SHOT - Early Start
(MLB) Houston vs. Seattle, 06/21/2015 12:10 PM, Score: 6 - 2
Money Line: -117.00 Seattle (Home)
Result: Loss
The Seattle Mariners will look to complete the sweep at home against the Astros on Sunday, and this looks like a favorable match-up for the home team. Houston has lost eight of it's last 10 on the road, while the Mariners have won three of four at home.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - The Mariners will send J.A. Happ to the mound, and he's pitched reasonably well despite his record. Happ (3-3, 3.79 ERA) gave up three runs on seven hits over six innings in a loss at San Francisco in his last start. He's been better at Safeco, going 2-1 with a 1.88 ERA in six starts at home. The Astros will counter with rookie right-hander Vincent Velasquez who allowed five runs on seven hits in just 4.2 innings in his last outing.

2. Nelson Cruz - Seattle's slugger is 3-for-5 with a home run and a pair of RBIs in this series so far, and he's batting .333 with four homers versus Houston this season.

3. X-Factor - The Astros have struggled against southpaws, going 2-7 in their last nine games vs. a left-handed starter.

Selection: This is a play on the Seattle Mariners (10*)
