The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host Tennessee in Week 1, and this game features the top two quarterbacks selected in the 2015 NFL Draft. Marcus Mariota's Ducks had their way with Jameis Winston's Seminoles in the Rose Bowl last year, and I expect Mariota to have the upper hand in this game as well.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Turnovers - Jameis Winston threw 18 interceptions in his final season at Florida State, and he continued to struggle to protect the football in the pre-season. Winston completed less than 50% of his attempted passes, threw no TDs with three INTs and a fumble.
2. Pass Protection - Winston was sacked seven times in three pre-season games. Tampa Bay quarterbacks were sacked 52 times in 2014, only Jacksonville and Washington allowed more.
3. X-Factor - Tennessee is 8-2 all time versus Tampa Bay, and the Titans won the last meeting by a score of 23-17.
