The St. Louis Rams showed a lot of moxie as a home underdog to the Seattle Seahawks last week. They rallied to upset Seattle in overtime, and they head into Washington as a slight favorite this week. The Redskins are a mess, and I expect Washington to struggle against a disciplined opponent with a strong defense.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Rams Pass Rush - Protecting the quarterback isn't a strong point for Washington, just ask Robert Griffin. The Rams have some of the league's top pass rushers, and they got after Russell Wilson last week, sacking him six times for a loss of 32 yards. Kirk Cousins is likely to be terrorized all day, and he may be lucky if he finishes the game.

2. Tavon Austin - He had a pair of TDs last week against the Seahawks, including a 69 yards punt return. It was the third time in his career he's returned a punt for a TD. He might make it four against this sloppy Washington special teams unit.

3. X-Factor - The Redskins have failed to cover in seven of their last eight at home, and St. Louis is 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings between the two teams.
