(NBA) Oklahoma City vs. San Antonio, 05/02/2016 5:30 PM, Score: 98 - 97
Point Spread: -7.50 | -110.00 San Antonio (Home)
Result: Loss
The San Antonio Spurs took command of this Western Conference Semifinals series with a dominant 124-92 win in the opener on Saturday. The Thunder looked like a much lesser team, and I think they'll travel home to Oklahoma City in a 2-0 hole in the series.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Gregg Popovich's Gameplan - I don't think it's a coincidence that the Spurs put up a postseason franchise record of 43 points in the first quarter Saturday. The message from Popovich must have been clear; Demoralize your opponent with a a big early lead and it will be smooth sailing for there one. I don't see why the Spurs would change a plan that worked so well the last time out.

2. Home Cookin' - The Spurs lost just one of their 44 home games during the regular-season and were 26-18 ATS in these games. They've won their three home games in the playoffs by an average of 30 points and the Thunder are far weaker on the road than home in Oklahoma City.

3. X-Factor - John Aldridge was dominant in Game 1 shooting 18-of-23 from the field with a total of 38 points. The Thunder struggled to contain the 6' 11" forward and will hardly have figured out how to in the short span between the two games.
