The Baltimore Orioles split a double header with the Oakland Athletics on Saturday but claimed the series finale yesterday with a dominant 11-3 victory. They'll visit the Minnesota Twins for a three-game set at Target Field starting Monday. The Twins have lost nine of their past 10 games, and I think Minnesota's downward spiral will continue with another loss.

Here are my keys to the game:

1. Pitching - The Twins hand the ball to Jose Berrios (1-1, 6.75) as the 21 year old rookie is set to make his third start in the big leagues. Berrios conceded five runs on six hits in four innings of a 6-5 loss to the Tribe in his lone home start. The Twins counter with Tyler Wilson (1-1, 3.04 ERA) who posted a solid 3.50 ERA in his rookie season last year and has started 2016 in a similar manner. He started the season in the bullpen, but has held opponents to seven runs on 14 hits in 15 2/3 innings since joining the rotation. He tossed three scoreless relief innings against the Twins on opening day in the lone career meeting with Minnesota.

2. Home Runs - Baltimore has scored an AL-best 43 home runs this season while Minnesota is among the worst in the majors at reaching the seats with 26 homers in 31 games. The Orioles' Manny Machado belted two homers in yesterday's blowout win against Oakland and has nine in 30 games this year.

3. X-Factor - The Twins are 3-13 in their last 16 when their opponent scores five runs or more in their previous game.

Selection: This is a play on the Baltimore Orioles (8*)
