Illinois State has been on a roll offensively, shooting the lights out and putting up more than 80 points in three of their last four games. Northern Illinois has yet to do much of anything well and are 1-4 against the spread in their last five games against Division I team. Northern Illinois is coming in off an 11-day layoff and will not face another Division I team until January 4, when conference play begins. This team has been bad, and this also seems like a challenging game to get motivated for. NIU has already lost to Elon by 27 points and to DePaul and Northern Iowa by 46. Take Illinois State and expect a blowout win.
