The Colorado Rockies spent all of last week on the road and snapped a four-game skid with a 5-4 triumph at Milwaukee Sunday afternoon. Tonight they'll be back home at Coors Field where they've would four in a row.

Kyle Freeland (9-7, 3.20 ERA) will toe the slab for the Rockies and he's 6-2 behind a rock solid 2.45 ERA in nine home starts on the season. Pittsburgh hands the ball to Joe Musgrove (4-5, 3.63 ERA) who has allowed just four earned runs through 20 innings of work away from home, but this will be his first ever start at hitter-friendly Coors Field.

Pirates are 6-22 in their last 28 road games vs. a left-handed starter. Rockies are 13-3 in their last 16 home games following a road trip of 7 or more days.
