The Cleveland Browns look like a solid favorite when hosting Philadelphia Eagles in Week 3 of the NFL preseason Thursday night.

Eagles starting QB Carson Wentz has yet to play a game since returning to practice from knee surgery and I don't think Philly will risk leaving backup QB Nick Foles in for long, particularly as he was knocked out of the last game with a shoulder injury early in the second quarter.

The Browns will look at this as their chance to beat the reigning Super Bowl champions and QBs Tyrod Taylor and Baker Mayfield will both be super motivated trying to make a case for the starting position.
