The Cleveland Browns are coming off a 5-0 triumph over Philadelphia and all of their three preseason games here in 2018 have gone under the total. The Lions backups orchestrated a comeback to beat Tampa Bay Buccaneers 33-30 on the road last week after trailing 20-6 at halftime. They're unlikely to light up the scoreboard like that two weeks in a row though. We won't see many starters for either team, and I think we'll see a sloppy, low-scoring contest.
