The surging Florida Panthers have managed to stay alive in the playoff race thanks to a four-game winning streak, the two most recent wins at San Jose and Los Angeles.

The Panthers will close out a three-game trek through Southern California with a matchup at Anaheim Sunday night, and I don't think they'll slow down despite playing on no rest after fighting off the Sharks last night. "We're not out of it yet," Panthers head coach Bob Boughner said". "We know it's a long way to get (into the playoffs). We're concentrating on winning every game, really. That's the goal. ... We're going to fight."

The Anaheim Ducks may be playing on one day of rest, but they're not in a great scheduling spot either with this being their third game in four nights and fourth in six. Note that the Ducks are 2-9 in their last 11 in the fourth game of a 4-in-6 situation and 3-8 in their last 11 in the third game of a 3-in-4 situation.

Desperation breeds motivation, and with the Ducks all but dead in the water already and while the Panthers are still battling I think this looks like a good spot to back the visitors.
