Aaron Rodgers is, despite a turbulent offseason, back under center for the Packers. They return very much the same core, unlike the Saints whose long-time QB Drew Brees has retired. On top of that, star-wide receiver Michael Thomas has been placed on the physically unable to perform list as he continues his recovery from foot surgery.
The Packers had the top-scoring offense in the league last season, and I think it will be too much for the Saints to keep up with.
