The Chicago White Sox played some decent baseball before the All Star break, but they're 0-7 in their last seven games following an off day or more and I think they'll be off to a slow start at Anaheim Friday night.

Miguel Gonzalez (2-4, 4.39 ERA) takes the ball for Chicago. He tossed seven scoreless innings of five-hit ball against the Yankees home at U.S. Cellular Field his last time out, but odds are he'll struggle to replicate such a performance tonight. Gonzalez is allowing way too many baserunners as his 1.39 WHIP is proof of and the Halos should be able to take advantage.

Hector Santiago (6-4, 4.58 ERA) takes the ball for the Angels. He threw seven scoreless innings of three-hit ball at the Trop his last time out, the fourth time in his last five starts with one run or fewer allowed for the 28 year old. Santiago is 1-1 in two career meetings with Chicago behind an ERA of 2.19 and a WHIP of 0.811. He held them to two hit over seven shutout innings earler this year and has the current roster limited to a combined .170 batting average over 94 at bats.

White Sox are 1-8 in the last nine meetings in Los Angeles.
