The Clippers can't catch the Lakers for the top spot in the West and the fact is there is not a big difference between finishing #2 or #3 and facing a #7 or #6 to start the post-season. That said, the more motivated team here is a Blazers team off back to back wins and currently sitting in the #9 spot. Portland doing everything they can to make the post-season or at least make sure they force the extra battle for the #8 spot. The Trail Blazers have won back to back games entering this one and have a great shot at making it 3 in a row here. If they do fall short look for it to be by just a bucket or two.
