Shohei Ohtani will make his start on the mound as scheduled on Wednesday as the Halos try to take the rubber match. Ohtani exited after four innings in his start last Thursday against the Seattle Mariners because of cramping in his right (pitching) hand, specifically in his right middle finger, however, he is just one start removed from his first major league shutout, a one-hitter against the Detroit Tigers on July 27. We think he bounces back here today as reports are he is good to go. Ryan Walker is mainly a relief pitcher for the Giants but will get the start here today which is always unfamiliar territory for bullpen guys. The Angels look to be out of playoff contention, but with Ohtani on the mound you know they will play for pride. Let's roll with the Angels tonight.
