The Rice Owls (2-1) pay a visit to Tampa, Florida and Raymond James Stadium on Saturday to play against the South Florida Bulls (1-2). Rice has exceeded expectations this season. They actually hung tough vs Texas in the 1st half, and upset the Houston Cougars as a 7-point underdog. JT Daniels gives the Owls a big arm in the pocket, and he has some nice weapons on the outside as well. USF is stagnant offensively, and while USF did play well vs Alabama, they were up big time for that game and they do not likely get up for Rice here, and we like Rice to play well and cover.
