Boston College caught a huge break last week winning over Syracuse as the Orange were without their starting quarterback. The Eagles have won five straight games but keep in mind two of those were against the two of the bottom teams in the ACC standings and two other were over two independent teams who are a combined 4-14 overall currently and not one of those four victories were by more than 7 points either. Virginia Tech is playing much better of late winners of three of their last five with the two losses coming against the two best teams in the ACC currently.
