Charlotte is an absolute mess, and they come off the blowout loss to Houston last night, and they might be just mailing the season home before the All-Star break. They have a horrible record of 10-33, and what's worse is they don't even cover spreads either, going 16-27-0 vs the number. Utah is 28-18-0 vs the number, and they are sitting at the 10th spot in the west which is the last spot of the play-in, so they would like to go on a run and get a better seed, and they probably put the pedal to the metal early.
