So the Clippers are rolling here - 9-1 in their last 10, 8-2 ATS in those last 10 games as well - Clippers are +575 to win the title this year, with only the Bucks, Nuggets and Celtics ahead of them, NOT a bad future idea to take them to win the title or even the west at +300, not bad at all especially if the Nuggets have some injuries - But regarding this game though, this will probably not be a popular play but I like the Pelicans here - One system I have in my model is fading a team on their 1st home game after a long roadie, what happens is, these teams haven't had home cookin in awhile, haven't seen their wives or girlfriends, OR their wives and girlfriends for weeks now, and they seen to get content on that first game back home and play lackluster sports (all sports NHL, NBA & MLB) - So I like New Orleans to come in here and actually surprise and do well as they are only a 6-7 point dog and I like them to be active here.
