The Kings had a rough 7-0 loss against the Sabres on Tuesday - They walked away having not converted any of the 33 SOG they took, AND they had 3 attempts on the power play but weren't able to convert either - BUT the one positive thing they can take away is they actually did outshoot Buffalo 33-24 - Granted that probably does not make them feel better but if there is anything they can take away from the game it's that - The Kings...as bad as they've been...are still 24-16-10 on the season and in 7th place in the Western Conference, AND 15-7-4 away....so they still are looking good for the playoffs and hopefully they can make a push here for the rest of the year - Remember the Devils have beaten the Kings the last two head-to-head contests, so the Kings have revenge, they are coming off an incredibly embarrassing loss to a Buffalo team that likely won't make the playoffs - And also keep in mind the Devils have won two in a row vs the Preds & Kraken, so they could have a letdown here as well, and it's definitely an ugly duckling play and I'm gonna hold my nose, nut I'm rocking with the Kings here to bounce back.
