We like the Rays as the White Sox are just a terrible baseball team, and we think Civale pitches well here as he comes off a bad start vs the Yankees and he is probably licking his chops to get his numbers back down to where they should be. Cannon has a 7.27 ERA and 1.62 WHIP, and we think the Rays get to him. Tampa also lost 9-4 last night to these ChiSox and they will be steamed for losing to such a bad team, so they will want to return the favor here.
