After all, he posted a swell 2.51 ERA across five July starts...but Colorado lost every one fo those. maybe the Rocks are due a change in fortune, however, as they finally won a low-scoring game last night (2-1 in Anaheim) as recently-battered Kyle Freeland handcuffed the Halos. Ron Washington has few options to count upon in his Angels pitching staff these days, which is why converted reliever Carson Fulmer (5.22 ERA last two starts) is now in the rotation.
