Navy at Air Force
(NCAAF) Midshipmen (NAV) vs. Falcons (AF),
Total: 37.00 | -110.00 Under
Result: Loss
The angle in Commander-in-Chief games for almost two decades has been to look "under" which is 45-11-1 in the last 57 of these service academy battles. We're not changing that now even though no one has stopped the new Wing-T looks added to the Navy option by first-year OC Drew Cronic, whose offenses at Mercer and Lenoir-Ryhne at the FCS level piled up big yardage with the same style. But the nature of these Commander-in-Chief games, with the emphasis on runs, keeps the clock moving, as there are routinely 20-25 fewer snaps in one of these games than most college football tilts. Another appeal of the "under" here is the subpar Air Force option which is hardly clicking as it has in the past, and getting no aerial threat from QB John Busha (0 TDP). What might be the worst Falcon team of Troy Calhoun's tenure might have trouble simply getting on the board on Saturday. Play Navy-Air Force "Under"
