Clemson at Florida State
(NCAAF) Tigers (CLE) vs. Seminoles (FSU),
Point Spread: -14.50 | -108.00 Tigers (CLE) (Away)
Result: Win
Back in August, this price would have seemed preposterous. In the first week of October, however, it might even seem a bit light. Florida State's fall from grace is one of the storylines of the season, as the Noles are fortunate to have gotten their one win (14-9 vs. Cal) in five starts. Now QB DJU is out with a finger injury; as poorly as he has shown, that shouldn't be a terrible problem, except that backup QB Brock Glenn hasn't looked any better in his brief appearances in the past. Meanwhile, Dabo Swinney has been coaching like he's mad at somebody (Tyler from Spartanburg?) since thayt opening loss to Georgia; the Tigers have scored 165 points (53 pg) in three outings since, all wipeout wins. Cade Klubnik has fired 12 TD passes across the past three games, and Dabo kept Klubnik in the whole way last week vs. Stanford after the backups didn't perform well in garbage time the preceding game vs. NC State. With the Nioles scoring fewer than 14 ppg across their last four, and now using their backup QB, Dabo might have a chance to run up another scoreline. Play Clemson
