All hands not on deck here, with Kevin Durant definitely out for Phoenix, and Lauri Markkanen likely so for Utah, so we're not expecting this to become a fireworks show in Salt Lake City. The struggles of the Jazz are significant, but we expect a bit more attention to detail on defense after letting the Kings run up 141 points in the last game on Sunday night. Defense not a strong suit of this Utah side anyway but after another recent embarrassment vs. Ok City, the Jazz recovered for their best effort of the season (offense and defense) in a 141-99 smashing of the Blazers.Without KD in the past two weeks, the Suns have been held to 111 or fewer in three of four games (counts a Dec. 3 game vs. the Spurs when Durant was on the floor for limited minutes before injuring an ankle).
