Scorelines continue to be reduced n Cincy as the renewal of the 1975 World Series continues. It was another "under" in the 4-3 win for the Bosox on Saturday; in an interesting twist, Alex Cora is apparently to make this a bullpen game on Sunday and as an opener will turn to Zack Kelly, who has been effective all season out of the bullpen (and an opener) as his 1.75 ERA would attest, and also the winning pitcher on Saturday. Meanwhile, the Reds have been playing low-scoring games for most of the past two weeks, now "under" five straight and 11-2 across their last 13 games. Nick Lodolo has also been a season-long revelation in the rotation and has looked even sharper since his return to active duty in late May, and fashioning a 2.16 ERA in his four starts this month (all Cincy wins, by the way).
