T.M. Selection: Mavericks/Hawks OVER.

I am on the over in the Dallas Mavericks vs Atlanta Hawks game on Thursday. The Mavs were a very high scoring team last season and so far they have picked up right where they left off. In 4 preseason games, they have had 110+ points scored in all of their games. They also gave up 100+ points in 3 of those preseason games. The Hawks were also a very high scoring team last season. They both have good shooters and focus more on their offense than they do on defense. They both play a very fast paced game too and will push each other to keep scoring more points. I think this is going to be a game where we don't see a lot of defense from either team and just see a lot of offense and scoring points. They are both playoff bound teams this season and will both want to get the win here on their opening night. I like the over in this game.
