Pelicans (+) over Bulls- I'm a bit surprised that Chicago has come up the favorite here as New Orleans has shown that they can play with anybody. The Bulls are in their longest losing streak of the season at three games coming after their 113-111 overtime win at Golden State. The Pelicans meanwhile have won seven of their last nine and none more dramatic then last night buzzer-beating win over Oklahoma City. The Bulls have won 10 of the last 13 meetings with many of those wins before Anthony Davis jointed New Orleans but the Pelicans are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings. Take NEW ORLEANS!
